Stand Booking Information

Applications for 4m x4m (13’ x 13’) stand spaces are now available at a cost of £50.00 for the day or £35.00 for registered charities. If you are interested in booking a space please print and complete booking form (download below) and return with your payment to the address as given on the form.


The number of stalls of any one kind will be limited to a maximum of 6 to avoid repetition with only 1 stall from any home franchise businesses such as Phoenix Cards, Usborne Books, etc. Please check with the organisers before forwarding your application.

Catering Concessions

Applications for catering concessions are now being accepted at a cost of £200 for the day. To comply with health and safety regulations you will need to supply us with a copy of your local authority trading licence, food hygiene certification, electrical & gas installation compliance certificates (if applicable) and public liability insurance certificate. Please download the application form and return it together with the appropriate payment and documentation to secure your space. Further information including setting up instructions will be forwarded upon receipt of your completed application.
