12.00 The Three Mustgetbeers
Local trio featuring Dr Bob, Big John and the former Strawbs guitarist, Brian Willoughby. They have been playing together long enough to read each other’s minds. Their mix of acoustic guitars and passionate vocals with a blend of driving electric guitar sees their styles playing good time music between Blues, Rock and Country.

12.40 Death in Vogue
High energy punk-ish rock from local youngster ages 14 - 16 years. Regulars at the Heatham House band nights and winners of the Richmond College battle of the bands. www.myspace.com/deathinvogue1

 

1.20 Dunk n' Disorderly
R&B, Blues, funk, rock covers played by a band of excellent journeyman musicians with something for everyone from Hendrix to Green Day and The Stones to Thin Lizzy.

2.10 Narration
In recent months this highly regarded Twickenham quartet has toured the US and won XFM radio’s ‘Uploaded’ competition with a record number of votes. They have recently completed a UK tour with their stylish indie rock to excellent reviews www.myspace.com/narration

 

3.00 The Draytones
An indie rock band featuring Twickenham’s Chris LeGood, influenced by the 60s sounds of The Kinks, The Who and The Beatles. Their music has melody and energy and they’re fast making a name for themselves up and down the UK and abroad. Their excellent second CD was released in May.

3.50 Leaf Hound
Reformed by former Atomic Rooster frontman Pete French, Leaf Hound are a powerful rock band with exciting original songs in the mould of Led Zeppelin and Bad Company. Their recent CD ‘Unleashed’ was described by Kerrang magazine ‘As good a rock album as you could hope to hear’.

4.40 The Vibrants
Led by Sam Holt from Strawberry Hill, The Vibrants are well known on the London music scene and outside the capital they continue to make a name for themselves gigging around the country. The band’ music has passion, melody and energy. Their raw and fresh songs, original lyrics and dynamic music have seen them recognized as one of the best unsigned bands in the UK. www.thevibrants.com

 

5.30 Nark Drool and The Shudders
Good time rock n’ roll from Chuck Berry to Elvis and lots of covers of 50’s and 60’s hits. If you’re suffering from rockin’ pneumonia or boogie woogie flu come along.

 

6.20 Tom Nolan & The Bluescasters
R&B/Rock n' Roll finale with guests from Twickenham's Eel Pie Club

The band play 60s style rocking R&B with lashings of slide guitar from Tom Nolan, Jumpin’ Jack Pinder on vocals, Rick Biddulph on bass and drummer Chris Hunt. They will be joined for an R&B finale with special guests from Twickenham’s Eel Pie Club
